Highland girls’ basketball secured a decisive 66–25 victory over Michigan City in a home non-conference game. The match took place on December 20 at Highland High School in Highland, Indiana.

According to the game’s summary, Highland established dominance early with a 16–4 lead in the first quarter and expanded their advantage to 34–8 by halftime. The Trojans maintained their momentum in the second half, outscoring Michigan City 18–12 in the third quarter and concluding with a 14–5 lead in the fourth. Highland’s defense was effective, limiting Michigan City to single-digit scores in three quarters while sustaining a consistent offensive effort.

Jordan Steele was instrumental for Highland, scoring 21 points and contributing eight rebounds and four assists.
